Get your staff working as a team by putting them in a team. Bring them to Paintball Park for some structured team building that is actually exciting. We can run your team building day as fun, relaxed or disciplined as you like.

We run structured team building days for all businesses big or small. We have run team building days for businesses with under 10 staff through to multinational corporations.

During the day we will get your staff to work out game plans to try and beat the opposing team. Your staff will work out strategies, calls, signals and any other tactic to try and out play their opposition.

After games we conduct a debriefing to see if the team plans worked or not. We ask if plans did or did not work and then make adjustments if required for the next game.

During games there are a few surprises thrown in and teams may need to make adjustments to their plans. Communication and cooperation will be very important in these situations.

After your paintball team building day your staff will be communicating and working as a team like never before.

Waiver Forms

All players are required to complete a waiver form before playing.

Players under 18 years of age are required to have their waiver form completed by their own parent.

Waiver forms must be neat & completed 100% to be able to play.
