TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposits

Your group deposit finalises and secures your booking (unless we have booked out). We need to see your deposit in our account etc at least 1 week in advance. Please allow time for the money to go through the system etc (internet banking not with Commonwealth Bank may take up to 3 days to show in our account). We strongly recommend getting deposits in early as some days book out 2-3 weeks in advance. We cannot hold bookings without deposits. It’s the old saying of ‘first in best dressed’.... once we are full... we are full.

Referees are assigned to groups once deposits are paid and in order of deposits paid. It is extremely hard to get referees at short notice. Get your deposits in quick to secure a ref... if there are no more refs unfortunately your group will not be able to play.

A group ‘lump sum’ deposit is required. Please do not pay individually as it is too hard to track.

Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Players that do not show on the day or cannot play for any reason (including kids that their waiver form is not 100%) will lose their deposit ($20 per player) to help cover the expenses created by them & for the position/s reserved that we may have turned away other players. We either had to tighten up on deposits or put the prices up for everyone.

• Internet banking. (Account Name is Paintball Park) (BSB 06 5165)(Account 1016 5435) (Description is your Booking Name & Date of Play) (commonwealth bank shows next day. Other banks may take 3 days)
• Post cheque or money order to Paintball Park. P.O. Box 1131 Golden Grove SA 5125. (Include a note with your Booking Name, Date of play, Phone no.)
• Cash deposits can be paid at the field on most Saturdays & Sundays.

Arrival Information

Players & groups that arrive late delay other players & create extra work & stress for refs. To reduce these issues & speed up the processing time we have set the following conditions.

• All players are to check in at least 10 minutes before your session. (eg 9:50am for a 10am session)
• A $5 late fee/processing fee is required for every player that arrives 10+ minutes after their booking time (eg 10:10am or after for a 10am session)
• All players MUST attend a safety briefing. A player or players that miss the start or any part of the briefing will be required to attend another briefing. There may be a session starting 1 hour after your session, in which case players can attend that briefing. To get late players on the field quicker we may be able to conduct an ‘unscheduled safety briefing’. Cost: $5 per player
• There may be multiple groups starting at the same time as your group. Groups are processed in order of arrival, group organisation & waiver forms filled out neatly & 100% correctly. Incorrect waiver forms may delay your entire group 45 minutes
• Players or groups that arrive late may be refused play with no refund & no transferral

Players Bringing Their Own Markers (Paintball Guns)

• Please email play@paintballpark.com.au in advance to notify us
• Markers MUST be in a sealed box or bag and MUST NOT be visible or shown to anyone the entire time they are in the Paintball Park car park or compound/safety area
• Players with their own markers MUST report to and notify Paintball Park management on arrival
• Marker registration paperwork (original copy) and firearms licence MUST be presented for inspection
• A photocopy of the marker registration paperwork and your firearms licence MUST be supplied to Paintball Park for our permanent records
• Air/Co2 bottles MUST be in test. (testing/stamping/registering bottles is available through Paintball Park proshop)
• All markers will be shot over the chronograph/radar before use. Please be familiar with how to adjust the velocity. Paintballs used for chronographing will be charged to the player. Any player caught adjusting the velocity after chronographing will be ejected from Paintball Park and the marker/player will be banned permanently
• Markers MUST NOT shoot more than 1 paintball per trigger pull. (if it does it is illegal & will be reported)
• The registered owner of the marker MUST be on the premises the entire time the marker is on the premises
• Strictly NO  B.Y.O paintballs
• If there are any breaches of any firearms laws the Police will be called or notified

Paintballs & Paint Grenades

Paintballs & paint grenades always remain the property of Paintball Park. At no time do players ever own the paintballs or paint grenades. It is an offence to remove paintballs or paint grenades from Paintball Park.
